After a Cycle Store, CEO and founder Dani Bürgler has now also opened a Run Store in Zurich. With a strongly curated assortment, the concept is fully devoted to running culture and community.
Running, reinterpreted: as a combination of performance, design and culture. That is the ambition with which Dani Bürgler opened the Run Store in Zurich's old town. The space spans 220 square meters across two floors. The company already operates one Cycle Store each in Zurich and in Andermatt.
At the heart of the new Run Store is a curated selection of high quality brands, limited collections and a strong community built around modern running culture. It's about what's special in the assortment, about international "boutique and high end running brands that stand for innovation, design ambition and technical performance," according to the retailer. 60% of the assortment is apparel, 35% footwear and the remaining 5% accessories.
The assortment includes names like Unna, District Vision, Soar Running, Pas Normal Studios and Houdini. In addition there are limited collections and selected products from performance brands such as Adidas, Nike, On, Salomon, Hoka, Norda and NNormal.
"The focus is deliberately on special models, innovations and exclusive releases that appeal to both ambitious runners and design conscious athletes," says CEO Bürgler. The first bestsellers to emerge have already been the Norda shoes and the striped long sleeve shirts from Unna, Bürgler reports.
