Our C30+ Energy Gels are widely considered to be the new gold standard for caffeinated energy gels. Formulated using a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, our C30+ gels each deliver 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate, 200mg of sodium and 75mg of caffeine with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress.
