Each Mocha bar delivers 10g complete plant protein and 37g natural carbohydrates -  a blend of natural glucose & fructose from the dried fruits & syrups within each recipe. The perfect bar to help you refuel & recover after intense or prolonged exercise.*

Hazelnuts (29%) (roasted hazelnut butter, nibbed hazelnuts), dates, cane sugar, brown rice syrup, pea protein isolate, fat reduced cocoa powder (3.5%), brown rice protein, de-caffeinated coffee, tapioca flour, wafer paper (potato starch), ground black pepper, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds. No sulphites, additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, colourings or flavourings - free from any nasties!

We use whole fruits and whole nuts in our products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones & nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place.

During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Mocha delivers 37g natural carbs per bar.
