We use whole fruits and whole nuts in our products, whilst every effort is made to remove all fruit stones & nut shells, there may be the occasional fragment. They last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place.

During: Fuel long workouts and efforts by taking on 45-60g carbs per hour (more for intense efforts). Each Classico bar delivers 40g natural carbs per bar plus 5g of protein.
