W's One Parka II - Sandstorm

Update of our classic shell jacket in a parka style. Now in a 3-layer design with improved performance, a wider fit, and more durable pocket lining. Waterproof and breathable.

What makes it special?
Taking a classic garment and redesigning it with a layer of extra functionality or smartness is a known recipe for a Houdini garment. The classic parka was designed by the US military and popularized by the British mods culture. In our contemporary version, we have removed the lining and created a cutting edge lightweight shell jacket. This way, you can use it all year around without being too hot in the summer. Just layer up from the inside when you use it in wintertime.

How does it work?
Women's One Parka II is made with the light, durable Slate 3L, a waterproof and breathable shell fabric made from recycled and recyclable polyester. The fabric can stand years of wear and tear and works just as fine on a rainy day in the city as on rough days in the mountains. The storm brim, shaped sleeve endings with inner cuffs and water repellent zippers will keep you dry and sheltered in any weather. Zippered hand pockets and an inner chest pocket will make sure your belongings are safe. Both the membrane and water repellent are completely free from harmful PFAS. High performance does not have to come at the cost of a high environmental impact.

When should I use it?
If you are looking for a sheltering raincoat to keep you dry in the roughest weather, Women's One Parka II is your match. If you layer up underneath, it will keep you warm all through winter. Perfect for everyday use but the technology is just as suitable for use in the wild.

This garment is made with the future in mind using materials fit for recycling. Please return it to Houdini when it is eventually worn out and the raw materials can be used again. This way we reduce the need for virgin resources, decrease environmental impact and waste streams.
