Ingredients: Unrefined brown rice syrup, date syrup, maple syrup (10%), water, Guarana extract, freeze dried decaffeinated coffee, pink Himalayan salt.
Caffeine warning: Contains 75mg natural caffeine per 33g gel. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed 5 caffeinated gels per day.
Storage advice: Gels last 12 months when stored in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
