In short: You can return or exchange items bought online within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, with tags, stickers and the original box. Bring them to our store at Niederdorfstrasse 20 in Zurich or send them back (return shipping is paid by the customer). Sale items and gift vouchers cannot be returned. Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we process the return.

Return Policy for online orders (In-Store purchases can’t be returned by law, but we are happy to help if needed)

Sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Items purchased from runstorezurich.com within 14 days of the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged.

To start a return online, sign in at account.runstorezurich.com, open your order and choose Request return. You can also contact us by email at hello@runstorezurich.com or by phone at +41 44 557 60 00.

The item must be in restock-able condition (tags, stickers still on the product along with the original box and documentation).

Gift vouchers are non-refundable & non- exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash.

For customers outside of Switzerland, please contact us before sending products back to us. We will guide you through the process.

Shipping costs for returns and reshipment are payable by the customer.

For exchanges, please specify the style and size you wish to receive.

For Returns, please indicate which item(s) are being returned for credit. Credit will be issued back to the credit card for the purchased item(s) excluding shipping.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the return processing date.

If you return all products and do not want to purchase an alternative product instead (including gift vouchers), we’ll charge for our expenses (3% credit card commission plus shipping cost).
